Samsung announced the release of its new Galaxy M32 5G smartphone in India
The announcement was made on the company’s Newsroom India blog, which goes over the phone’s specs and features, including its ability to support 12 different 5G, frequency bands.
A MediaTek Dimensity 720 CPU supports the Galaxy M32 5G’s 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity V display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will boast “quick performance, smoother multitasking, and lower power consumption,” according to Samsung.
A 48MP main camera for high-resolution photographs, an 8MP ultra-wide lens for extra perspective, and a 5MP macro lens for up-close shots are included in the smartphone’s Quad Camera system. It also has a 12MP front-facing camera for taking high-resolution selfies.
All of this is powered by a 5000mAh battery and a 15W USB-C fast charger. On a single charge, Samsung claims that the Galaxy M32 5G can provide over 100 hours of music playback, up to 19 hours of internet usage, and 20 hours of video playback.
There are two versions of the Galaxy M32 5G: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and the other with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The price of the two varies depending on the amount of RAM installed.
The 6GB RAM model costs $20,999 (about $280) and the 8GB RAM model costs $22,999 (approximately $310), according to smartphone news site GSMArena.
In India, the Galaxy M32 5G will be available on September 12th. Samsung has not stated whether or not the smartphone would be sold in other countries or markets.
